Earlier on 19 August 2016 in conjunction with the closing ceremony of HRDF Train The Trainer Certification Program, ICIFE signed MoC with CRESCENT at IIUM Jalan Duta Campus. This MoU has provided opportunities for ICIFE to use CRESCENT facilities to conduct its trainings, workshops and seminars in addition to usage of facilities at IIBF. All these three organizations: ICCE, ISAS and CRESCENT also signed up as full paying ICIFE Institutional Members. It has thus encouraged more institutions to step forward.
